This project included the electrical installation of a acid dosing and polymer batching and dosing system at Beaudesert Water Treatment Plant.

The works included the electrical design to add the acid and polymer dosing system augmentations to the existing plant. Installation and commissioning included over 20 new instruments whilst also interfacing with a pre-existing polymer batching rig. 

The project was undertaken over a 6 month period including design and post construction augmentations before final commissioning. 

The technical challenges experienced on this project were limitation of the pre-existing polymer batching rig functionally whilst meeting the stakeholders current requirements and expectations.
