This project included the manufacture and installation of a five-tier custom built distribution  board and PLC IO panel, two communications cabinets, solar control panel and one local UPS distribution board. The site installation included the disconnect and demolishment of the existing treatment plant, isolations and cutovers into the existing electrical installation. Installation of a new power, data, lighting, cable supports, cable ladder, junction boxes and electrical connections to all site instruments, motors and devices electrical.   

The project was 6 months in durations and consisted of a 4 person work crew including the management of our control systems sub-contractor and machinery and plant.

T2 Power & Control developed a design in conjunction with all stakeholders that would address all the possible outcomes of the modified system while keeping the system running at full capacity. This was achieved by designing , manufacturing and installing a temporary bypass pumping arrangement allowing the town of Linville to receive potable water for the entire duration of the project.
